I have a problem with the Japanese to English patch now, today is maintenance for the Japanese servers in BnS (JP). Patch was working fine before the maintenance. I started up the game but then all of a sudden the 'exit, settings, login and password' text were all jumbled up with different words like 'request trade, requirements, etc, etc' and even the yellow text where it says 'server undergoing maintenance' in Japanese has been changed to 'You have been banned'. What has exactly happened here? I'm running the 64bit client.

Regarding the Japanese server please check with Licod Games. He contacts Hyuga and is responsible for the English patch on the JP server. You can find him on his discord here: discord.gg/UZuGWg

It appears that the English patch is outdated. I have some interesting findings that people who have similar issues may want to read further:
Apparently the English patch for BnS (JP) is outdated due to a small server maintenance update today on the 10/1/2018 (BnS JP generally has server maintenance every Wednesday). I tried to restore/revert the patch from English to Japanese and tested. It still had the same problem, but this time was in Japanese, instead of saying 'You have been banned in English' it said 'Access is restricted' in Japanese. At this point I was getting paranoid thinking that I have been banned for realz. lol. That was NOT the case however. I went to do a file repair in the launcher, after the repair was done it downloaded a small file (around 9mb), I then clicked the play button afterwards, everything loaded up into the login screen and WOLA! The texts were back to the way it should be, except everything was in Japanese. :)
I guess I gotta wait for the Updated English patch for it then. :(
