This is for those like me who cant update the game when a new patch is released with the RSC launcher.

Instructions:
Extract the rar file
Copy the 'GTA 5.exe' file into the main directory and replace the existing one.
Copy the update.rpf into the update folder replacing the existing one.
Rerun the launcher as administrator and I hope it works for you.
