The ultimate source of patches & addons for Call of Duty: World at War. I still predominately play Call of Duty: United Offensive but I also enjoy a little bit of Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare and a little a bit of Call of Duty: World at War (mainly hosting Zombies) every now and then.

Call of Duty World at War, commonly referred to as Call of Duty 5 is a bit of an old game. It was released all the way back in late 2008, though, still to this day, you have players that play the game as had one of the better storylines in the Call of Duty franchise. This year (2014) players are looking forward to the new Call of Duty game title, 'Advanced Warfare' And you can believe that players will be marathoning through all of the previous games up to this point.

PC gamers are a large part of the Call of Duty community. And unlike the ever so polished console versions of the game, the PC versions usually have bugs in them that require patch updates in order to fix them. The last thing any developer wants is an upset fanbase because they didn't put out timely patches and updates, especially in a community that can be as cruel as the PC community.

There have been a total of 7 patches for Call of Duty World at War (including this one). Each patch has brought many welcomed bugfixes, updates and some have even brought along some new maps for the players to enjoy; the previous update (1.6) brought along new maps for the Nazi Zombies game mode where players test their skills against hordes of zombies in the night. Although this patch (1.7) does not bring along any new maps or new features, the included bug fixes and updates will be very welcomed in the PC gaming community.
